How to Play Doodle Dash
Step 1: Form Teams
Players split into teams, and each team has multiple Doodlers and Guessers. Teams can be any size, but more players means more chaotic fun!
Step 2: The Word Challenge
At the start of each round, a word is proposed to the first Doodler. Their job is to draw the word — without using letters or numbers!
Step 3: Guess and Pass
The Guesser sees the drawing and tries to guess the word. Whether they get it right or close, the guessed word gets passed to the next Doodler, who draws the guessed word, not the original.
Step 4: The Chain Reaction
This process repeats — draw, guess, pass — until all players have participated or the round ends.
Step 5: Scoring and Reveal
At the end of the round, teams review the chain of doodles and guesses. Points are awarded based on how close the final guess was to the original word. The first team to guess correctly gets a speed bonus!
Game Rules
- No letters, numbers, or symbols in drawings. Only pure doodling allowed!
- Each team gets limited time to draw or guess — so think and act fast.
- Teams must stick to the order of players, passing the word down the line.
- Guessers can submit only one guess per turn, so make it count!
- The round ends when all players have had a turn or time runs out.
Scoring Rules
- Exact Match: 5 points for guessing the exact original word.
- Similar Match: 3 points for words that are very close.
- Closest Guess: 1 point reward for the guess that was closest but not quite right.
- Fastest Correct Guess Bonus: Points for the first team to guess the word correctly double.
